Complaints Procedure

I personally do hope that there is no cause for a complaint to be made and I take personal accountability for the actions of my establishment. Where there is the necessity for a complaint to be submitted however, I am personally available to investigate any situation with your considerations in mind. I endeavour to resolve the issue an a timely manner and to gain the required outcome within 5 days.

Complaints procedure:

Step 1- Make contact with me, Thomas, personally including all details of the complaint that will enable me to fully investigate the matter.

Step 2- I will contact you to confirm I have received your complaint, with this contact I shall outline my method of investigation and a suggested time frame in which I anticipate it will take me to fully investigate the matter.

Step 3- I will contact you as soon as I have any further updates or information to provide you. A resolution will be provided in the format of a report composed by myself. A follow up contact will be made to ensure that I have fulfilled your requirements and that you feel that the matter has been dealt with effectively and satisfactorily.

Escalation Process:

Step 1- Contact me personally to express your issue/complaint with the initial complaint settlement.

Step 2- I will meet with you in person, or by alternative method of communication to your requirements, where we shall discuss the matter in an attempt to resolve the matter in a way that you are satisfied, discussing all arrangements that can be made to achieve this.

Write a letter to me containing all information I may require in order to investigate the matter thoroughly. Be sure to contain your details including methods in which I can contact you to ensure communication can be upheld.
